If a discount is over for a particular volume that is delivered, you can arrange customer deadlines and expectations around this shipping requirement. After all, you need to save cash to ensure the prosperity of your venture.

We all make mistakes. But, when someone makes a mistake on behalf of your business, you don’t want to be left out of pocket for these actions. Always ask your proffered logistics company if they offer service guarantees. Service guarantees can ensure partial discounts or paying out to customers when things go wrong. If a company doesn’t offer this, it may be best to avoid them. After all, you shouldn’t have to pick up the tab if someone else has messed up.
